Do you work as a subcontractor for general contractors? Yes. We regularly work under general contractors and alongside architects on commercial, municipal and historic projects. We follow your schedule, site rules and paperwork requirements.
Can you provide submittals and product data? Yes. We supply ARDEX product data and technical data sheets for your submittal package. Certificate of insurance, workers' comp certificate and W-9 are available on request.
Do you do mockups? Yes. We provide an on-site mockup before full application so the owner and architect can approve color, texture and finish. Full work starts only after approval.
Can historic concrete be restored without replacement? In most cases, yes. Cracks and joints are repaired with ARDEX repair mortars, then the surface is coated so it looks uniform again. This keeps the original structure in place, as on the Carnegie library stairs in Warren.
What areas do you serve? We serve Northeast Ohio, including Cuyahoga, Summit, Medina, Lorain, Lake, Geauga, Portage, Trumbull and Mahoning counties. We hold a contractor registration in Strongsville and register in whichever city your project requires.
